Welcome to the CanuckArtworks.ca Sub Affiliate Program. By signing up to promote and market tours through CanuckArtworks.ca , you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. To participate in the Sub Affiliate Program, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information about yourself or your business.
1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Sub Affiliate application at our sole discretion. Approval does not guarantee that you will earn commissions.
2.1. Sub Affiliates may promote tours on the CanuckArtworks.ca website using only approved marketing materials provided by the Company or created with prior written permission.
2.2. You must not engage in misleading, deceptive, illegal, or unethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to:
2.3. Sub Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with participation in the Program.
2.4. Sub Affiliates that are a non profit organization can be paid via a donation.
3.1. Sub Affiliates earn a 35% commission on sales generated through unique tracking links provided by the Company.
3.2. Commission rates and qualifying sales are detailed on your affiliate account dashboard.
3.3. Commissions are paid on a [monthly/quarterly] basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of $25 has been met.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions for returns, cancellations, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms.
4.1. Sub Affiliates may use tracking links, banners, or other promotional methods approved by the Company.
4.2. You may not alter tracking links in any way that prevents accurate tracking.
4.3. Any commissions generated through fraudulent or artificial means, including self-referrals, are void.
5.1. The Company grants Sub Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting tours and any other affiliate opportunities offered on or site.
5.2. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content outside of approved marketing channels.
5.3. All intellectual property rights remain the property of CanuckArtworks.ca and it’s affiliates.
6.1. The Affiliate Program commences upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
6.2. You may terminate participation at any time by notifying the Company.
6.3. The Company may terminate your participation immediately for breach of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Company’s interests.
6.4. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our trademarks, links, and marketing materials.
7.1. CanuckArtworks.ca is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Sub Affiliate Program.
7.2. We make no guarantees regarding sales, commissions, or results from participation in the Program.
8.1. CanuckArtworks.ca reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

We are all about offering the best in guided and self guided tours. Our mission is to raise money for non profit organizations and to give people an opportunity to earn passive income. We want to be able to offer this opportunity to people who need extra income to help feed or house their family and to organizations who want to raise money to reach their goals.
All of the links on this site point to tours that people would be interested in if they are traveling, or for those just exploring their own area. As well there are links and pages to tours worldwide. If someone clicks on a link and books a tour, and completes the tour, we may earn a small commission. This is at No Extra Cost to the consumer. The consumer gets the same low price, sale or discount as anyone else.
When a consumer clicks on a link on our site they are taken directly to the retailer’s website. You deal directly with the retailer. We do not take any personal or financial information from you.
Sub affiliates who sign up with us earn a 35% commission for completed sales. Completed sales are tours that are paid for and not cancelled. We donate 40% of the commission to non profit organizations. The remaining 25% is used to maintain our site and pay any part time or full time employees we may hire.

Affiliate Program
The Art Gallery of Nova Scotia is the largest art museum in Atlantic Canada. Since 1908, the Gallery has been a gateway for the visual arts in Atlantic Canada by engaging people with art. It is committed to this mission as an agency of the Province of Nova Scotia and one of the premier arts institutions in Canada. The Gallery is also responsible for acquiring, preserving and exhibiting works of art, and for providing education in the visual arts. The Gallery’s Permanent Collection currently holds over 19,000 works.
